Through from the kitchen, a cosy sitting room to return to after a day of exploring the Cornish coast. The sitting room features a log burner which when lit makes the sitting room feel even more cosy on those dark winter nights. Through the sitting room you can walk out of the French doors onto the Patio to enjoy a beer or a bbq on the hot summer evenings.
The sitting room leads on to a small dining area (with table that can be pulled out to seat 4) and adjacent bathroom. The bathroom comprises a bath with electric shower over, separate hand held shower head, solid marble wash basin and WC.
The dining area opens through french doors onto the enclosed South West facing patio and lawned garden so you can enjoy the sunshine all day long.
There is a charcoal fired BBQ on the patio that is available to use plus garden furniture including a table and chairs at the back of the garden.
1 Dog is permitted during the summer months by prior arrangement.
The garden can also be accessed via a side gate, convenient for push chairs and sandy dogs!
The open stairway leads up from the sitting room into the double bedroom with countryside views.
